As Samsung’s flagship experience store Samsung 837 needed a world-class creative framework fit for a centre of excellence to grow awareness and attendance for daily programming, events and in-store and online communications.

PRM developed a custom in-house team serving cross functional departments and established operational processes to streamline and simplify workflow. We were responsible for concepting and executing creative across hundreds of internal and direct-to-consumer touchpoints.

SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE TOUR

The Samsung Experience Tour campaign took place between February and April of 2019 with the goal of bringing Brand Experience from its flagship location at Samsung 837 to pop-ups in cities across the country. The in-house creative team PRM built at Samsung was responsible for a full marketing campaign including print and digital creative for traditional media, brand-building, and content capture-all customized for each of the 13 cities.

PRM Creative developed a bespoke, ownable pattern-based visual and messaging system that could be customized for any placement to local target audiences. PRM Creative ensured all collateral was consistent with brand guidelines and focused on driving consumer engagement. PRM Creative executed a full promotional campaign for all 13 tour locations across the country with over 280 pieces created within an average turnaround time of 72 hours

SAMSUNG HOME APPLIANCE

PRM Creative built a comprehensive, overarching brand identity for Home Appliances. Each direction included cross-channel brand continuity as a key consideration. We created three high-level conceptual directions, each accompanied by designed mockups.

SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORE

The Samsung Experience Stores opened simultaneously in February 2019 to unite Brand Experience and retail in the key US markets of New York, Los Angeles, and Houston. These launches were coupled with the retail launch of the Galaxy S10. PRM Creative was responsible for concerting and executing a full promotional campaign with a bold, high-impact look and feel and messaging system that could be scaled
